We stayed at the easy hotel in central london. For 2 nights. On the day of our check out we asked if we could extend our late check out… unfortunately the times we wanted weren’t technically part of there late check out times but a lovely lady on front desk managed to sort this for us free of charge! This was my first experience staying in this hotel and I don’t have 1 complaint! Would definitely stay again!

5 minutes away from shops and restaurants. Nice coffee and decent room for affordable prices. The staff was super helpful with directions and gave free coffee when the machine broke. I do recommend for a few nights.

Very pleasant stay! The staff at Easy Hotel London were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was very kind and made us feel welcome. Simple hotel, but clean and perfectly fine for a short stay. Would definitely stay here again.

we had a great stay here for 3 days. it’s a great location, only 10 minute walk to the nearest tube station and everything you could need is accessible. Fatima, who worked at reception is kind and helpful, and was great for our check-in and check-out process. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a good place to stay for a city break!

We stayed at this hotel in London and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Fatima, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and always available. She made us feel very welcome, and we absolutely loved her!!!!!!! The location is very good, with excellent transport connections nearby, making it easy to reach the city centre quickly and conveniently.We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! The only flaw is that the rooms are not big.

Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated and quick. Free water is available at all times, which is a nice touch. Fatima at reception deserves special mention — she was genuinely kind, very helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. This is a low-budget hotel, and that’s exactly what you get: simple, clean, and functional. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, which is a big plus. However, the room was quite small for two tall adults. With two large suitcases and two backpacks, it quickly felt cramped and uncomfortable. For a solo traveler it’s fine, but for two people with luggage, space is definitely an issue. We had a room with a window, but unfortunately it was facing a wall, so it didn’t add any value. The window also cannot be opened. When many guests shower at the same time, there is no hot water. It’s better to shower later in the evening or at off-peak times. The room was also cold, and we couldn’t figure out how to properly heat it, as the temperature kept dropping on its own. Room cleaning is only included after six nights, unless you pay extra for it. The room setup is very basic: no toilet brush, no hooks to hang clothes, and only two wall-mounted hangers. Storage options are extremely limited. On the positive side, transport connections are excellent, everything is nearby, and overall the area is relatively quiet.

I had a great stay at easyHotel Old Street. The location is perfect, well connected and close to everything, yet quiet enough to properly relax after a long day exploring the city. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, exactly what I needed for my trip. A special mention to Fatima at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made the check-in smooth and welcoming with her friendly and professional attitude. I’d also like to thank Alvaro, the hotel manager, who is a truly great host. He was attentive, approachable, and clearly cares about guests having a positive experience. Excellent service, great value for money, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, I would definitely stay here again!

Fatima made the check-in process smooth and went out of her way to ensure everything was comfortable during my stay. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly made a difference. She is a real credit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend staying here because of staff members like her.
